As a Direct Support Professional with Karis Disability Services, you'll work with individuals in Brampton, Ontario, to enhance their skills and help them thrive in their communities. Your responsibilities will involve recognizing and supporting the unique needs of each individual while fostering their personal growth and connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily life tasks

• Support skill development for personal growth

• Foster community integration and participation

• Maintain a respectful and empowering approach

• Travel to support clients in their homes

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation for client travel

• Preferred: 6 months relevant experience

• Educational background in developmental services

• Commitment to diversity and inclusion
