Key Responsibilities:

• Create tailored action plans for clients

• Track and document client employment outcomes

• Facilitate connections with community resources

• Conduct assessments to identify client needs

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in social services or HR

• At least two years in counseling or case management

• Knowledge of community resources and job market

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
