Community Addictions Support Worker Position

Join Canadian Mental Health Association Peel Dufferin as an Addictions Support Worker in Brampton's HART Hub. This full-time role focuses on providing essential addiction care and support for individuals in need.

The position entails comprehensive addiction assessments and client-centered interventions, helping those facing homelessness and addiction issues. You will work on a rotational 12-hour shift schedule while participating in community outreach and client education efforts. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field
