In this full-time position, you'll report to the Vice President of Applications and Security Services and manage a talented team of developers. Your hands-on approach will oversee project executions, technical architecture, and cross-departmental collaborations. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee development and maintenance of critical applications
• Ensure architectural integrity and system design aligns with user goals
• Prioritize and manage team workloads for timely project deliverables
• Lead initiatives while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate with third-party vendors for technology solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
• 7+ years in application development, with leadership experience
• Strong grasp of application lifecycle and development practices
• Proficient in .NET and relational database technology
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
