Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design of fault-tolerant backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
• Build scalable services with Kafka, Cassandra, and Spark
• Develop cloud-native applications on Azure and GCP
• Mentor engineers and promote technical rigor across teams
• Ensure resilience through CI/CD practices and observability
Requirements:
• 6+ years in software development and backend systems
• Expert in Java, Spring Boot, and distributed platform architecture
• Strong experience in AI integrations into enterprise systems
• Proven track record in payments and fintech platforms
• Excellent communication and mentorship skills
