Join Fluidstack as an Observability Engineer focused on building and operating data pipelines and control planes. Contribute to API design and streamline infrastructure management for hyperscale systems.
In this role, you will manage the observability platform, ensuring clarity across devices and links. You’ll define APIs for infrastructure connections and build a unified control plane for seamless machine management. Your accountability will ensure that the system accurately reflects the fleet's state and assists internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the observability platform and data pipelines
• Define API surface for production infrastructure
• Build the production control plane for machine management
• Ensure fleet state acts as a source of truth
• Integrate new hardware cleanly into the platform
Requirements:
• Strong ability to automate repetitive tasks
• Experience designing scalable APIs
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and delivering solutions
• Proficiency with AI tooling and coding in multiple languages
• Background in distributed systems and data pipelines (bonus)
