As Tubi’s Automation Engineering Manager, you will guide a talented team in building and operating robust automation frameworks for web, mobile, and CTV platforms. With 10+ years of software testing experience, your responsibilities will include defining automation strategies, maintaining quality through CI/CD pipelines, and promoting AI-driven workflows. You will play a crucial role in producing quality reports and driving initiatives that enhance engineering practices and team health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and maintain multi-platform automation frameworks
• Define and implement automation strategies for various platforms
• Ensure execution reliability and quality in CI/CD environments
• Mentor team members on AI practices in engineering
• Conduct cross-functional collaboration and reporting on quality metrics
Requirements:
• 10+ years in software testing and quality engineering
• 3+ years in technical leadership roles
• Proficient in cross-platform automation frameworks
• Strong programming skills, preferably in JavaScript/Type Script
• Experience with CI/CD systems and multi-platform testing
