Take on a leading role as a Senior Systems Software Engineer for Observability and Telemetry Platform s position focuses on building and maintaining large scale production systems with maximum efficiency and reliability.
As a Senior Systems Software Engineer, you’ll drive performance and operational aspects of observability tools on cloud services. Required skills include expertise in systems architecture, networking, coding, and extensive experience with automation technologies such as Kubernetes and Open Stack. This role encourages collaboration and innovation while ensuring system uptime and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and operate large scale telemetry platforms
• Enhance lifecycle processes from design to deployment
• Support services pre-launch with system design consulting
• Monitor live services for availability and latency
• Engage in sustainable incident response and retrospectives
Requirements:
• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in infrastructure automation and distributed systems
• 5+ years in observability platforms
• Proficient in Python, Go, Perl, or Ruby
• Deep knowledge of Linux, networking, and containers
