Senior Full Stack Engineer at Instrumentl

This role requires you to report to the Head of Engineering, collaborating with design, product, and support teams. You'll create high-quality customer interfaces and reliable backend solutions, leveraging your experience with Ruby on Rails. As part of a small, dynamic team, you will own projects from inception to delivery while integrating modern AI tools to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and enhance customer-facing products for nonprofits

• Create responsive APIs to boost user engagement

• Write solid and tested code across various tech stacks

• Manage complexities from ideation to execution

• Collaborate with teams to refine internal tools and processes

Requirements:

• 7+ years in software engineering with production experience

• Proficient in Ruby on Rails and various programming languages

• Strong understanding of frontend and backend technologies

• Proven ability to deliver projects from start to finish

• Experience mentoring newer engineers is a plus
