Stack Adapt is hiring a Lead Quality Engineer to lead a team of 3-5 quality engineers focused on software quality and test automation in a cross-functional agile environment.
Responsibilities- Lead test strategy.
- Develop E2E test plans.
- Implement automation scripts.
- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- 5+ years of testing experience including automation.
- Leadership experience with direct reports.
- Proficiency with API and UI test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Mocha, Jest, Junit).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Github Actions, CircleCI).
- Strong knowledge of scalable system design, QA methodologies, and experience coaching cross-functional teams.
