We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Developer to join one of our delivery teams supporting the modernization and evolution of critical customer-facing platforms.

This role is ideal for a quality-focused professional who is passionate about automation, continuous improvement, and modern software delivery practices. You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product teams, and stakeholders to help ensure the delivery of scalable, reliable, and high-quality applications.

Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid)

Language: Bilingual (French and English)

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and reusable test suites.
• Build and execute automated functional, integration, regression, and API test scenarios.
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to define acceptance criteria and improve application testability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to quality planning throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
• Analyze test results, investigate defects, and contribute to root‑cause analysis activities.
• Improve automation coverage, testing practices, and overall product quality.
• Support release validation and deployment readiness activities.
• Participate in code reviews and advocate for quality engineering best practices across delivery teams.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within Agile teams.
• Passion for continuous improvement and software quality.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commitment to delivering reliable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions.
• Ability to communicate professionally in both French and English.

• Strong programming experience with Java

• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress
  , or similar tools.
• Hands‑on experience testing REST APIs using tools such as Postman

  , or equivalent.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks, methodologies, and design patterns.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
