Senior Forklift Operator

Senior Warehouse / Operator Associate
Salary: $29.86/hour ($66,000 annually) + Overtime after 42.5 hours

Location:

Brampton, ON (Moving to Mississauga, ON in April/May 2026)

Duties:

• Operate Swing Reach / Turret Trucks in very narrow aisle racking systems

• Load, unload, pick, pack, and stage orders accurately

• Support shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes

• Conduct equipment inspections and assist with inventory counts

• Use RF scanners or WMS systems to track and verify inventory movements

Assets / Requirements:

• 7–10 years of warehouse experience

• Documented Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) training

• Valid certification operating Swing Reach / Turret Trucks

• Experience working in high-density racking systems

• Strong attention to accuracy and safety procedures
