Shipping and Receiving Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate shipping and receiving dock staff

• Coordinate schedules with Supervisors and Managers

• Communicate frequently with Customer Service on shipments

• Manage reconsignment, delivery issues, and returns

• Ensure all incoming goods are unloaded and processed correctly

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred

• Minimum of 5 years in a shipping and receiving supervisory role

• Knowledge of inventory control and SAP

• Strong communication skills with carriers and customers

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
