GFL Environmental is seeking dedicated DZ Drivers to join our expanding team. This role focuses on transporting recycling and involves making numerous residential stops each day. Ideal candidates will have a valid DZ license, a clean driver’s abstract, and a strong commitment to adhering to safety protocols while providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect residential recycling from designated sites
• Lift recycling containers weighing up to 20 lbs
• Maintain a productive and appropriate collection schedule
• Adhere to MTO and environmental policies
• Perform labor-intensive tasks including frequent stops
Requirements:
• Valid DZ license with a clean driving record
• Physically fit to handle labor-intensive work
• Ability to adhere to safety and industry regulations
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to GFL's community involvement
