As a permanent staff member, you’ll be responsible for processing shipments, managing customer inquiries, and performing data entry tasks. Candidates with a background in transport or courier services are encouraged to apply, especially those familiar with TDG regulations. The position requires strong teamwork as well as independent work capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Field incoming calls and manage follow-ups
• Process various freight and parcel shipments
• Check drivers in and out of the warehouse
• Manage booking appointments and schedules
• Enter detailed shipment information into the system
Requirements:
• Experience in transportation or courier roles preferred
• Good typing/data entry skills
• Proficient in Google applications
• Effective communication both verbally and in writing
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs
