Become a key player at IKO's Brampton Plant as a Warehouse Person B, focusing on forklift operation and load management in a fast-paced environment. Enjoy outdoor duties as part of a skilled team.
In this full-time role, you will report directly to the Shipping Supervisor and help ensure the production and quality of premium asphalt products. Your ability to lead safe operations while communicating effectively with truck drivers will be vital. Experience in the warehouse sector will enhance your efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a sit down counterbalance forklift safely
• Ensure accurate communication with drivers during loading
• Locate products in the warehouse with Lot Location
• Load/unload trucks and support inventory counts
• Guide drivers to their designated areas for safety
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid class 1 forklift certification a must
• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Must pass a fitness examination
