Position: Forklift Operator at IKO Industries
Join IKO Industries as a Forklift Operator and ensure smooth operations in the warehouse environment. Safely manage loads, operate equipment, and maintain production quality.

This full-time role reports to the Shipping Supervisor and requires a valid fork-lift certification. You will work in various weather conditions while communicating effectively with truck drivers. Key tasks include loading and unloading trucks, utilizing the FIFO system for accurate product handling, and assisting with inventory counts when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a sit-down counter-balance forklift

• Communicate with drivers for accurate loading/unloading

• Identify product locations using FIFO methodology

• Load and unload trucks with precision

• Pick and sort stock with minimal errors

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid forklift certification and Class 1 license

• Minimum 2 years of relevant forklift experience

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
