This full-time role is permanent and emphasizes logistics and team management. You will supervise a workforce of 5 to 10 individuals, implementing specific plans to streamline operations while conducting performance evaluations. With at least seven months of experience, you'll also be responsible for inventory management and equipment maintenance, driving productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize tasks to ensure operational success
• Recruit and train team members efficiently
• Maintain and oversee inventory and supplies
• Resolve issues and improve productivity measures
• Prepare and submit operational reports
Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate required
• 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Capacity to handle weights up to 23 kg
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
