Location:
Remote / Hybrid based out of Brampton, ON (CNC3)
Type: Full-Time, Salary ($50,000-$80,000 based on experience level)

We’re looking for a Flight Coordinator to join our growing operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering a world-class client experience.
Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for aircraft owners, clients, and crew - responding promptly and professionally to all flight-related inquiries.
Manage and maintain the client’s flight schedule, ensuring accuracy and clear communication across all departments.
Coordinate all logistical details for flights, including hotels, ground transportation, catering, and crew travel.
Arrange customs clearances, fuel uplifts, aircraft parking, and ground handling at both domestic and international airports.
Monitor all active flights for departures, arrivals, delays, or cancellations, updating clients and crew accordingly.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling personal and sensitive client information.
Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure smooth day-to-day execution of flights.
Provide after-hours and weekend support as needed.
Some business travel may be required for yearly conferences.
Qualifications Flight Services degree or prior experience in aviation operations, dispatch, or flight coordination (corporate or charter experience preferred).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and flight scheduling platforms (experience with Sky Legs, FOS, or similar software as an asset).
A self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
Must be available for flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
