In this role, you will have a significant impact on logistics efficiency, reporting to the VP of Operations, People, and Culture. Responsible for managing all aspects of warehousing and distribution, you will ensure that operations comply with safety standards and organizational policies while effectively managing freight and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee loading crews and ensure order accuracy
• Maintain organized shipping areas and oversee safety practices
• Develop quality control programs for shipping processes
• Report and manage incidents and accidents promptly
• Analyze shipping KPIs for potential cost reductions
Requirements:
• Strong background in logistics and fleet operations
• Effective communicator with customer service skills
• Leadership experience in training and performance management
• Knowledge of safety and compliance guidelines
• Ability to perform detailed analysis of shipping data
