Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily truck dispatch and deliveries
- Track shipments and update shipment status
- Communicate with carriers, customers, and warehouse staff
- Schedule pickups and deliveries
- Handle transportation documents and data entry
- Resolve delivery issues and provide customer support
- Logistics or transportation experience is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English;
Chinese is an asset - Legally authorized to work in Canada
