Tractor Trailer Driver Position at Ryder

As a Commercial Driver, you will operate a vehicle following all DOT regulations. You’ll play a key part in maintaining safety standards and logs, as well as handling freight as required. This position allows you to contribute to an esteemed company recognized for its workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate commercial vehicle between terminals
• Maintain accurate records, including logs and safety checks
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards
• Assist in loading and unloading freight as needed
• Identify safety hazards and take corrective action
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 9 months of commercial driving experience required
• Valid Commercial Driver's License with air brake endorsement
• One or fewer accidents in the past 12 months
• Strong ability to follow and implement legal guidelines
