As a professional Class 1 Owner Operator, you'll tackle longhaul routes, ensuring safe and timely delivery of freight. Midland Transport offers competitive pay per mile, fuel caps, and comprehensive support while you maintain safety protocols and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive longhaul runs to the Maritimes and U.S. Eastern seaboard
• Deliver freight efficiently to designated locations
• Offload shipments safely using proper handling equipment
• Maintain communication with customers and dispatch staff
• Conduct thorough inspections of the vehicle before and after trips
Requirements:
• Class 1 driver's license with four years of experience
• Newer model Bunk Truck necessary
• Ability to cross the U.S. border and obtain a FAST card
• Strong communication skills and reliability required
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and flexible for shifts
