As a Transportation Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. You will coach and supervise drivers while managing routes and staffing to meet service demands. Your expertise in transportation and leadership experience will ensure compliance with safety regulations and enhance delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations to achieve safe, efficient service
• Supervise and develop drivers and transportation associates
• Manage routing and scheduling to meet operational needs
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with DC operations and customer service teams
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years in transportation or logistics
• 1–3+ years in supervisory roles
• Experience in DC or fleet environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with TMS or routing systems
