Sort baggage, freight, and equipment as a Ramp Agent supporting safe aircraft service and on-time performance across varied work environments.
Reporting to the Manager, Ramp Operations, this Ramp Agent handles aircraft ground support and customer service. The work includes loading, unloading, aircraft marshalling, equipment operation, de-icing, and ramp organization. Strong communication, flexibility, and safety focus support service level requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Sort, load, and unload baggage, freight, and equipment
- Tow and marshall aircraft, drive and fuel equipment
- De-ice aircraft and service aircraft lavatories
- Monitor customer safety and provide courteous assistance
- Maintain organized, clean airside areas and equipment
- High school diploma or General Education Degree equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain an Airside Vehicle Operator’s Permit
- Ability to obtain transportation security clearances and authorizations
- Ability to lift and bend, carrying loads up to 50 pounds
