Pepsi Co Foods Canada has a current opening at the Frito Lay Distribution Centre in Brampton, ON for a Part Time Warehouse Technician.
The Role:
The Warehouse Technician will contribute to the success of Pepsi Co Foods Canada by playing a critical role in the “move” portion of our business. The Warehouse Technician will perform general warehouse duties involving the operation of an automated pick cart; building orders and loading trucks, delivering efficiency and accuracy targets, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Candidates will require flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
ResponsibilitiesPicks customer orders by full cases by voice or scannerPick customer orders by individual bag on Pre-pick module/cart Loads route trucks with product using roller carts or by hand-bombingUploads cardboard and return product from route trucks into inventoryStacks and bundles cardboardsPerforms general clean-up/sanitation duties including facility and ground appearanceWork in a safe manner utilizing safe lifting techniquesAttend regular scheduled team meetingsQualificationsCompleted high school diploma or GED equivalentAble to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlinesPhysically capable of lifting up to 50lbs as requiredForklift experience preferredValid Class G drivers license with a clean driving record is a plus Excellent communication skillsWhat can you expect from us:
