Shift Monday‑Friday 9:00a.m.–5:30p.m.
Responsibilities Review inbound appointment log and open order report each day to plan work activities.
Plan inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
Oversee sorting operations, ensuring productivity, efficiency, safety, and security.
Determine staffing needs based on workload and schedule staff accordingly.
Assign workers to specific duties based on workload and shipping schedules.
Review and update operational procedures as necessary and communicate changes to warehouse associates.
Track productivity and qualify performance by individual, function, and department.
Advise employees on handling of items received, stored, shipped; methods and use of equipment; and resolve related problems.
Trace history of items to determine reasons for inventory discrepancies and recommend remedial actions.
Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow.
Issue written and oral instructions and ensure proper safety procedures are followed.
Be available to work afternoons, nights, and weekends.
Supervisory Responsibilities Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems.
Education & Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1‑3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Range $60,000–$63,000. The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
