In this team lead position, you will primarily operate a Raymond Reach forklift while providing leadership support to your colleagues during the overnight hours from Sunday to Thursday. Collaboration with the Supervisor is vital to ensure that productivity and performance targets are met, and you will also supervise when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Raymond Reach forklift for daily tasks

• Support warehouse associates during the overnight shift

• Supervise the team in the absence of the Supervisor

• Partner with management to achieve performance targets

• Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of all orders

Requirements:

• Experience leading or supervising warehouse teams

• Valid forklift certification with Raymond Reach experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
