Key Responsibilities As a warehouse associate your daily tasks will vary from receiving parts from our suppliers, shipping product to our customers, opening boxes, picking, packaging/repackaging parts, using a bar‑code scanning device, operating powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and other tasks related to our warehouse environment. Other tasks can include:
Safely select, lift, and move parts that vary in size and weigh up to 40 pounds from various height locations, floor level and up, on a repetitive basis.
Working in excess of 20 - 30 feet off floor level is common.
Loading Small Parcel Carriers using mobile equipment.
Housekeeping – sweeping, moving boxes and pallets to appropriate area, maintaining cleanliness of work area.
Sort product of various size and weight amounts and stage for proper warehouse put‑away.
Confirm accuracy of received materials and verify quality and quantity of parts received.
Replenish parts in bin and rack areas throughout warehouse.
Concepting parts to fit location.
This position does require prolonged standing/walking for 8 or more hours based on overtime and business needs; pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 40 lbs; and repetitive bending, squatting, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. Employees have the ability to cross‑train by working in any area as needed based on business needs and staffing levels. Overtime is based on business needs.
Experience Required An ideal candidate for this position must:
Be 18 years or older to apply.
Be able to speak, read and understand basic English.
Have basic computer knowledge – knowledge of Click System a plus.
Preferred Qualifications Minimum 1 year applicable experience in a production environment.
Minimum 1 year experience operating mobile equipment: forklift, order selector, reach truck.
Pay Transparency The hourly pay for this position is $24.87.
