In this role, you'll report to the Shipping Supervisor, maintaining production quality while overseeing machinery operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, solid experience operating forklifts, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Combining safety with efficiency, your contributions will support our premium asphalt roofing manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a sit down counter balance forklift
• Communicate loading/unloading requirements with drivers
• Identify product locations using the Lot Location system
• Load/unload trucks efficiently
• Assist with inventory counts as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid forklift certification class 1 license
• 2 years forklift experience necessary
• Prior experience with materials handling preferred
• Ability to work independently and as a team
