Warehouse Team Lead; Forklift Operator

Sunday to Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

$25.00 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)

The Warehouse Team Lead / Forklift Operator is responsible for operating a Raymond Reach forklift and providing leadership support to the team during overnight shifts. The position is not a full‑time Team Lead role; most of the shift is spent operating the forklift while supporting and guiding warehouse associates as needed.

• Operate a Raymond Reach forklift to complete daily warehouse tasks.
• Support and guide warehouse associates during the overnight shift.
• Supervise the midnight crew in the Supervisor's absence.
• Partner with the Supervisor to achieve productivity and performance targets.
• Ensure all orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
• Work efficiently in a rapid‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Perform manual material handling and hand‑bombing of products as required.
• Maintain a protected, clean, and organized work environment.
• Assist with operational priorities and other warehouse duties as needed.

• Previous experience leading or supervising warehouse teams.
• Valid forklift certification with strong experience operating a Raymond Reach forklift.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high‑volume environment.
