We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead our dedicated staff at Pet Valu. This full-time role involves overseeing warehouse functions, including performance monitoring of warehouse workers and ensuring compliance with health and safety practices. Your efforts will ensure our stores receive the best support possible while promoting a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee work of selectors, truck operators, and receivers

• Monitor safety standards under the Occupational Health and Safety Act

• Train, coach, and performance-manage warehouse staff

• Handle administrative tasks such as reports and inventory tracking

• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the facility

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience needed

• Lift Truck and Health and Safety certification preferred

• Strong skills to analyze and enhance warehouse efficiency

• Proficiency in basic computer applications

• Excellent communication skills for internal and external relations
