Fuze HR is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading 3PL warehousing and distribution organization supporting high-volume retail and logistics operations across Canada. This is a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment focused on efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement in end-to-end supply chain execution.

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead – Evening Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM) to support daily warehouse operations and provide leadership to a dynamic operations team.

Important Note:

Successful candidates must be available to complete mandatory training on the Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) before transitioning to the permanent Evening Shift.

Position Overview
The Team Lead will support the Operations Supervisor in managing daily warehouse activities, ensuring productivity targets, customer service levels, and operational KPIs are consistently achieved. This role plays a key part in coordinating workflows, supporting staff performance, and ensuring smooth execution across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping functions.

Key Responsibilities

Support Supervisors and Management in daily warehouse operations

Ensure KPIs, productivity targets, and service levels are met

Oversee daily workflow execution and team performance

Support efficient warehouse space utilization and best practices

Coordinate with Wave Planners and Dispatch to resolve scheduling conflicts

Ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and executed by the team

Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives to meet urgent and daily order requirements

Maintain clear and timely communication across leadership, CSR, customers, and staff

Promote a safe, compliant, and productive workplace

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within operations

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations and/or Lead Hand role

Experience in a distribution centre or 3PL environment preferred

Hands‑on experience with forklifts, reach trucks, and walk‑ie equipment

Strong understanding of warehouse operations and best practices

Experience with WMS systems and RF scanning technology

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Working knowledge of OHSA and TDG regulations

Experience in inventory control and cycle counting
