Evening Shift Warehouse Team Lead

Fuze HR is hiring an experienced Team Lead for the evening shift from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM to enhance warehouse efficiencies. This role supports Supervisors by ensuring KPIs, productivity, and quality service levels are consistently met. Candidates must complete mandatory training on the day shift before transitioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support management in daily warehouse activities

• Ensure productivity targets and KPIs are achieved

• Oversee daily workflow and team performance

• Coordinate with Dispatch to resolve scheduling issues

• Promote a safe and productive workplace

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in warehouse operations

• Experience in a 3PL or distribution center

• Hands-on experience with forklifts and equipment

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of inventory control and WMS systems
