As a Purchasing Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving and verifying orders for both consumable and non-consumable items.
Your role will include documenting deliveries, processing outgoing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records within the Opera system. This position is essential for supporting various departments and ensuring timely delivery across the resort.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify incoming shipments' quantity and quality
• Complete credit memos for returns or damage
• Manage deliveries according to a preset schedule
• Record incoming package deliveries accurately
• Produce daily receiving reports for distribution
Requirements:
• High School Degree or equivalent
• Intermediate computer skills required
• Shipping and receiving experience necessary
• Proficient in English communication
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. periodically
