Lead daily warehouse operations at NFI as a Warehouse Operations Supervisor. Supervise personnel, manage shipping and receiving, and meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will oversee day-to-day warehouse functions, focusing on effective staff supervision and production. As a leader, you'll ensure shipments are correctly processed and are on time while implementing work schedules that drive efficiency throughout the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop shipping and receiving schedules for efficient operations
• Supervise inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to align team goals
• Review performance metrics to guide shift productivity
• Provide coaching and feedback to enhance team skill sets
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or 1-5 years supervisory experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, preferably Manhattan
• Ability to handle high-pressure and changing priorities
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety compliance regulations
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
