Experienced Midnight Dock Supervisor Needed

We are looking for a skilled supervisor to start immediately on the night shift, running from Tuesday to Saturday  will be responsible for managing dock operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing, and leading a small team to achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse freight management and coordination

• Ensure accurate scanning and processing of outgoing shipments

• Reduce damages, shortages, and errors consistently

• Provide leadership and support to dock team members

• Maintain smooth daily workflow and operations

Requirements:

• 3 years of LTL loading/unloading experience required

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership capacity

• Experience at a crossdock is essential

• Background in western lanes preferred

• Must pass a clean criminal background check
