GTA Warehouse Supervisor Position

Join a leading manufacturing team in the GTA area as a Warehouse Supervisor. This role focuses on supervising associates, meeting productivity goals, and ensuring operational efficiency.

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with 3-5 years in logistics, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role. You will lead and train warehouse associates, oversee daily operations such as inventory control and shipping, and maintain high safety standards. This position requires strong leadership skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates to achieve goals

• Oversee receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory control

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures

• Prepare and verify all shipping documents accurately

• Conduct regular inspections and monitor equipment

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of warehouse or logistics experience

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficient in WMS and MS Office Suite

• Knowledge of TDG and WHMIS regulations

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and forklift operation is an asset
