In this supervisor role, you will manage warehouse organization, enforce safety protocols, and ensure productivity among staff. Additionally, you'll mentor employees, handle shipping documentation, and ensure compliance with quality systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise shipping/receiving staff performance
• Organize warehouse layout for efficiency
• Ensure timely delivery and safety compliance
• Conduct training for shipping processes
• Monitor adherence to safety standards and 5S principles
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma minimum
• At least 3 years of fork lift experience
• Strong leadership capabilities required
• Proficiency in computer software
• Excellent communication skills needed
