• Wash/Clean pump and power equipment (generators, dewatering and sewage pumps, etc.) when it’s returned
• Maintain a clean and organized equipment yard and wash bay area
• Assist drivers with loading and unloading equipment
• Operate heavy-duty forklift
• Check equipment for damage upon return, report damage and fill out service tags for all returned equipment
• Assist with inventory management
• Deliver small equipment and tools if needed
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation

• Valid Class G/5 driver’s license required, with a clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract (no more than 3 demerit points)
• You’ll be required to provide a copy of your updated driver’s abstract upon request
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
• Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs
• Forklift license or experience operating forklifts is an asset
• Must be comfortable with working outdoors year-round
• Mechanical aptitude and/or previous experience operating equipment is an asset
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Highly adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter, very customer-service oriented and works well in a team environment
• Curiosity to learn new things & understand more about construction equipment and the rental industry
• Comfortable with computers/technology (for filling out inspections, inventory management, etc.)
• Familiarity with inventory systems, shipping/receiving, and warehouse best practices is an asset
