You will be responsible for organizing the warehouse, leading team meetings, and monitoring safety standards. Engage with staff through training and development initiatives, while managing shipping documentation and evaluation of business practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain stock storage areas
• Lead daily shift meetings and team engagement
• Ensure timely shipments and compliance with CTPAT/PIP
• Maintain and enforce safety rules rigorously
• Supervise and train warehouse personnel effectively
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 diploma essential
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in shipping roles
• Forklift Operator License required
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer literacy in spreadsheets and documents
