The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of warehouse experience, including supervisory exposure. Responsibilities include leading and training associates, managing inventory and shipping processes, and upholding safety standards. Familiarity with WMS is a key requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and supervise associates to optimize productivity

• Oversee logistics for inventory control and order fulfillment

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

• Prepare accurate shipping documents and track shipments

• Inspect warehouse for safety and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant warehouse experience

• Effective leadership and organizational skills

• Proficient in WMS and MS Office Suite

• Knowledge of TDG and WHMIS requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs; forklift certification is preferred
