In this hands-on role, you will oversee the fulfillment operations while continuously improving processes and workflows. With at least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics, your leadership will guide the fulfillment team. Your ability to enhance operational metrics and develop staff will significantly impact customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily fulfillment workflow and prioritize orders
• Develop and improve fulfillment processes constantly
• Monitor operational metrics and order turnaround times
• Lead onboarding and training of fulfillment staff
• Coordinate with pharmacy and suppliers for smooth ops
Requirements:
• 2-3+ years in fulfillment or logistics management
• Supervisory experience desirable
• Knowledge of healthcare and pharmacy environments
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
