Handle inbound freight at the Perth Distribution Center using RF scanners, warehouse systems, and accurate sorting practices. Support daily logistics operations.
This Warehouse Worker position reports to the Operations Manager within the Logistics department. You will unload, sort, receive, inspect, and locate inbound freight. The work also includes vendor compliance, store allocations, eCommerce orders, shipments, and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:- Unload inbound freight from sea containers and trailers
- Sort freight into staging areas for receiving
- Receive and locate freight using scanners and WMS
- Inspect inbound freight for vendor compliance and ticketing
- Perform required warehouse tasks as assigned
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Related experience is an asset but not required
- WMS experience is an asset but not required
- Consistent standing, bending, and lifting required
