Warehouse Operations Supervisor Shipping Receiving

Lead warehouse shipping and receiving operations as a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, supervising personnel and meeting daily production goals on weekdays.

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor manages daily warehouse activities and directly supervises warehouse personnel. This role develops schedules, oversees inbound and outbound shipments, coordinates equipment maintenance, and balances labor. It also supports employee development, safety programs, OSHA compliance, and operational improvement.

• Develop shipping and receiving schedules and assignments
• Supervise warehouse personnel and match skills to work
• Oversee accurate, timely inbound and outbound shipments
• Coordinate equipment maintenance with management
• Submit daily end of shift reports

• Bachelor’s degree or one to five years supervisory experience
• High School Diploma required
• Warehouse Management Systems experience;
  Manhattan preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and warehouse equipment
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30a to 4:00p
