Tax Advisor Hybrid

Position: Tax Advisor Role Hybrid Work
Pursue a fulfilling career as a Tax Advisor & Preparer in Brandon, MB. This hybrid role focuses on providing tailored tax solutions for Members through direct engagement and travel.

In this full-time, permanent role at FBC, you will leverage your tax preparation skills to assist Members in their financial journey. Traveling to meet clients at their locations, you'll develop long-term relationships while recommending additional services that FBC offers. Frequent visits to both urban and remote locations form a core part of this role

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate tax and accounting advice to Members

• Gather information for T1 and T2 tax returns

• Foster strong relationships with Members for referrals

• Identify and connect Members with additional resources

• Maintain records of all Member activities and services

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in tax preparation or accounting

• Proficiency in Taxprep, Xero; familiarity with iFirm is a benefit

• Experience with farm and small business tax returns

• Familiarity with corporate tax returns is advantageous

• Strong client service and communication skills
