Seeking a temporary full-time Accounting Administrator for a 6-month duration, this role involves essential accounts payable functions. Responsibilities include verifying vendor invoices, processing payments, and maintaining organized financial records. You'll collaborate closely with the finance team and fulfill month-end tasks while ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and audit vendor invoices and internal expenses

• Process EFTs, wires, and cheque payments efficiently

• Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies promptly

• Assist in month-end closing and accruals reporting

• Support audits and ensure confidentiality of financial data

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Proficiency in accounting software;
Net Suite knowledge is a plus

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
