Position: Accounts Payable Administrator at RFNOW

Become an Accounts Payable Administrator at RFNOW, where you’ll handle key financial tasks. This hybrid position offers a competitive salary and full-time engagement within the Eastern Saskatchewan area.

This temporary full-time role, lasting approximately 6 months, necessitates a solid understanding of accounts payable processes. You will be responsible for auditing invoices, processing payments, and communicating with vendors to resolve inquiries. Closely working with the finance team, your contributions will ensure compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and audit vendor invoices and expense reports

• Process payments per scheduled payment runs

• Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies quickly

• Assist with monthly closing activities, including reporting

• Maintain organized documentation and records

Requirements:

• Background in accounting or business administration with 3–5 years’ experience

• Familiarity with cloud-based accounting software;
Net Suite is preferred

• Excellent proficiency in Excel and organizational skills

• Strong communication abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to thrive in an independent and team-oriented environment
