• Manage and oversee Quick Books Online for all accounting tasks, including invoicing, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
• Administer and optimize our ERP system, Fulcrum, to streamline inventory management, order processing, production scheduling, and supply chain operations. (ERP implementation in progress.)
• Conduct cost analysis and provide financial oversight of production activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and manage purchasing and procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement improvements in operational and financial processes.
• Prepare and present financial data to support management decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of3 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or a similar role.
