In this Manager position, you will oversee MNP’s Cloud Accounting Services team, ensuring quality service delivery and guiding accounting processes. This role emphasizes building trusted relationships with clients while employing cutting-edge technology for financial reporting and bookkeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all cloud accounting operations
• Perform client file setups and budget assistance
• Resolve technology issues and ensure engagement quality
• Reconcile GL accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Lead onboarding of new clients effectively
Requirements:
• 6 years of accounting experience, preferably in bookkeeping
• Preferred certifications in Quick Books Online and Xero
• Solid understanding of accounting processes and principles
• Proven ability to lead and mentor team members
• Ability to travel as required
